Serve This

If you are entertaining or hosting a Home Spa Party, You might want to keep the snacks simple, but in tuned with the idea of feeling well.  Too much heavy food might make your guests packed and uncomfortable.  Here are some easy fun alternatives to confections and heavy foods that will contribute to a successful event and allow you to enjoy your time there as well.

Let's take a look at Green Tea.
Green tea has been well studied and seems powerful in reducing breast cancer and skin cancer risks. Research also indicates that green tea fights fatigue, increases alertness and boosts metabolism.

Why not offer Green Tea hot or as a smoothie?

the following will serve 2.  Multiply as needed for # of guests.
1/2 c boiling water
2 small bananas
2 green tea bags
1 c frozen strawberries
1 c yogurt
a pinch of stevia

-prepare green tea by steeping in boiled water for 3 minutes
-remove tea bags and squeeze squeeze to remove any leftover tea from bags.
-let tea cool for 5 minutes
combine all ingredients into blender, blend until smooth and serve!

How about  offering a few these easy selections for nibbling
-almonds
-dark chocolate
-red grapes
-turkey
-kiwifruit
-berries
-eddamme
-fresh guacamole
-rice crackers
